Kick the judge out!

The Wall Street Journal Blog has posted this morning of yet another incidence in which U.S. District Judge Manuel Real has been booted from a case, this one involving patent infringement between Microsoft and Research Corporation Technologies.  This appears to be the third time this has happened to Judge Real this year.  Want to know why?  Read the post here.
