Transgender lawsuit: Woman wins against Library of Congress

The Washington Post is reporting that the Library of Congress discriminated against one of their special forces commanders when they found out the employee was transgendered, going from being a man to a woman.  The U.S. district court cited that the Library of Congress went against the Civil Rights Act prohibition against discrimination based on sex.  The article is here.
