Bill gives more funding to Law Library of Congress

A bill named in honor of former Utah representative Bill Orton was passed July 30th, 2009 to increase funding to the Law Library of Congress.  Orton, who died in an accident in April, was an advocate for the law library during his time served in Congress.  Read here for more information.
